Watermelon and yoghurt smoothies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon without pits, cut in cubes
  • 2 spoons honey
  • 2 spoons strained yoghurt
  • 2 cups ice cubes

Method

Step 1:

Place the watermelon in the freezer for 3-4 hours or one night to freeze well.

Step 2:

Then put it in the blender along with honey and yoghurt.

Step 3:

Mix well until you have a homogeneous mixture. Add the ice and grind again. Serve immediately.
