- 4 cups of cooked rice
- 1 cup boiled corn
- 2 red peppers
- 1 cup boiled peas
- 2 tuna cans in oil or water
- 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
Rinse and peel the peppers. Then cut them into small squares.
Put the tuna on a strainer to drain. Put the rice in a large bowl, add the corn, peppers, peas, tuna and stir.
Pour the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and serve in individual bowls.
