Well known chef Pericles Rousounides now prepares a set menu with flawless creations every Thursday night at Sabai in Nicosia.  The event is appropriately named VIPs 80’s, and it starts from 8pm (kitchen closes at 11) with DJ Marios (known from Scorpios club) on the decks playing exclusively 80s hits. The menu includes five options for starters featuring the noteworthy Savarin salad with roasted hazelnuts and dried fig, five mains (pork, lamb, duck, sea bass and steak) and five desserts; try the Masticha Mousse and the mascarpone cream with red berries almond sponge cake. Reservations are highly recommended.
