Puff pastry apple tart

Ingredients:

1 ready-made puff pastry leaf (with butter)

Flour

10 medium green apples, peeled and cut into very thin slices

16 tablespoons of sugar

60 g (4 short cuts) frozen butter, grated in a thick grater

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons of honey

Vanilla ice cream

Cherries for serving

Dried apple slices for garnish (optional)

Method

Step 1:

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Apply the puff pastry on a slightly floured surface and cut 4 dough trays of approximately 18 centimeters in diameter. Place them on an oven baking pan with non-stick labels.

Step 2:

Put the apple slices on the puff pastry and sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and butter. Bake them in the oven for about 25 minutes until the apples are baked and caramelized. Before serving, put honey on them.

Step 3:

Add more than 1 ball of vanilla ice cream and cherry. If you want, garnish with dried apple slices.
