Roasted aubergines and peppers

Wash the aubergines and peppers and slice lengthways in half. Place in a bowl, add the olive oil, salt and rosemary and mix well.
Place them on a shallow baking tray in rows, and roast in a moderate oven until soft and golden.

Ingredients:

1kg aubergines
½kg peppers
½ cup olive oil
Salt
Rosemary, chopped
