Oriental salmon

Thoroughly mix all the ingredients for the dressing. Put the salmon into an ovenproof dish and cook, uncovered in a 180C preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until golden. Serve immediately after pouring the dressing over it.

For the dressing:

3/4 cup olive oil
½ cup oyster sauce
3 tbsps grated ginger
1 tbsp orange zest
3 cups orange juice
1 chili pepper cut into strips
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup roasted sesame seeds
100g crushed pistachios
