The state has launched a call centre for all government services on 1434 that will operate from 8 am to 8 pm, seven days a week.
The call centre will offer the following services to the public:
- Information by phone or email ([email protected]) about government procedures posted on the government’s portal Ariadne
- Information by phone or email ([email protected]) on citizens’ demands (completed pending, approved etc) on services for which there is information on Ariadne, provided citizens are registered Ariadne users. Currently this concerns student grants (Education Ministry) as well as benefits/allowances/grants/pensions of the Social Insurance Department, the Provident Funds Management Service and the Department on the Social Inclusion of People with Disabilities
- Record and submit to the relevant department questions and information for which the call centre does not have the information.
The numbers 22009009 and 22054054 which were used by the Department of Social Insurance and the Provident Funds Management Service are being transferred to and will be serviced by 1434.
