By ordering starters the table will be loaded with all kinds of tastiest dips, appetisers and salads made of fresh vegetables, yoghurt, herbs and nuts.  Hummus, babaganoush, muhammara, mtabbal, several kinds of aubergines, stuffed wine leaves (dolma) unbelievable crispy cheese pies: crunchy outside with the creamy filling, mouthwatering falafel, delicious and oh, so healthy fattoush and tabouli salads to name a few…

The mixed grill includes traditional lamb kebab and chicken kebab on the skewers.

Mahalepi for the dessert and an apple hookah are essential for proper digestion!
