This is pasta with a very Cypriot twist! The Ravioles (ravioli) are handmade village pasta made with flour, olive oil and eggs and has a very distinctive taste. The filling is a combination of mature Halloumi cheese, eggs and dried mint.

The ravioli is cooked in chicken stock, and you will often find the dish as part of a meze meal, especially at traditional taverns.
