Two men were arrested yesterday in the Turkish-occupied north on suspicion of being involved in the murder of a woman by her ex-boyfriend.

Specifically, police arrested a 35-year-old man and a 39-year-old man who allegedly helped the prime suspect to escape after the murder on October 31.

The alleged murderer, Fatih Çıkrıkçı, confessed to committing the crime, saying that he killed the woman because she no longer wanted to be in a relationship with him.
