The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) on Monday warned investors that the websites listed below do not belong to an entity authorised to provide investment services and/or to carry out investment activities, as provided for in Article 5 of Law 87 (I)/2017.
 lite-options.com
 www.jetfore.com
 worldwidecapitalfx.com
 bogo-finance.com
In the above mentioned websites, the name and licence number of the Cyprus Investment Firm Bogofinance Capital Markets Ltd (licence number 321/17), is used illegally and without its authorisation, CySEC said.

In a separate announcement also on Monday, CySEC said that the website bitfxmarket.com (Bitcoinfxoption (Europe) Ltd), does not belong to an an entity authorised to provide investment services and/or to carry out investment activities.

The information contained in the aforementioned website which states that Bitcoinfxoption (Europe) Ltd is licensed (109/10) and regulated by CySEC, does not reflect the reality of the situation.

CySEC would like to note that, the licence number 109/10 belongs to the Cyprus Investment Firm eToro (Europe) Ltd.

CySEC urged investors to consult its website (www.cysec.gov.cy), before conducting business with investment firms, in order to ascertain the entities which are licensed to provide investment services and/or investment activities.
