Chicken wrap with avocado sauce

Ingredients

For the chicken:

  • 4 pieces chicken breast
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 8 tortillas

For the avocado sauce:

  • 2 avocado
  • 1 large red tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 2-3 tablespoons chopped coriander
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lemon juice

Method

Step 1:

Cut the chicken and peppers in strips. Place them in a bowl, add olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Heat a pan and fry them.

Step 2:

Clean the avocados, remove the pits from inside and cut them in mall pieces in a bowl and chop the onion.

Step 3:

Cut the tomato in very small squares after removing the seeds. Add it to the bowl of avocado, onion, olive oil, coriander, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Beat them well with a wire until the avocado melts. Finally add the tomato and stir very well. If you want, you can blend all the materials together to create a nice velvety avocado mixture.
