Broccoli and apple salad

Ingredients

  • 1 large broccoli
  • 3/4 cup raisins or dried helmets
  • 3/4 cup walnuts cut into pieces
  • 1 apple cubed
  • Lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup yogurt
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper

Method

Step 1

Cut the broccoli into buns and put them in a saucepan with plenty of salted water to boil for 15 minutes. Then strain and allow them to cool.

Step 2

Put the broccoli in a large bowl and add the raisins, walnuts, apple, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Step 3

In a bowl, mix yoghurt and mayonnaise. Put the salad on individual dishes and pour over the mayonnaise sauce.
