Altamira has put more properties on the market including nine prime location commercial plots and two in residential areas that only millionaires can afford to bid for. The company, which manages the NPLs of the now defunct Cyprus Co-operative Bank appears to be testing the ground for potential investors willing to invest millions in privileged plots both in tourist and urban areas.
Of the prime location properties that Altamira has in its portfolio, there are two plots of land worth €6,140,000 at the marina of Ayia Napa that really stand out. These plots are of a total area of 13,542 square metres, about 400 metres southwest of the ‘Water World’ waterpark and some 185 metres away from Ayia Thekla Avenue.
The second most expensive property on sale is an industrial warehouse at Ypsonas, Limassol district, of 6,022 sq.m which is priced at €4,840,000. In Nicosia, a commercial building on Prodromos Avenue of 2,701 sq. metres stands out. The selling price is €4.522.000.
A commercial property, located at the Municipality of Limassol, on the main road intersection of Agia Fylaxeos with an area of 1,850 sq.m. is now on sale for €3,235,000. And a commercial building located at the village of Agios Nikolaos, Larnaca, with an area of 1,714 sq. is now valued at €3,200,000. In addition, a commercial corner plot, in the area of STELMEK within the district of Lakatamia, with an area of 7,871 sq.m. which is in parallel located in the wider area bordering Makedonitissa suburb, 700 metres southwest of the church of Agios Panteleimonas, is sold at the price of €3,000,000.
A plot of land which is 25,461 sq.m. long in the tourist area of coastal Pervolia, located just 400 metres from the beach, 600 metres northeast of ” Rigena Tower” and 300 metres north of the ‘Union of Journalists’ village’ ” is now valued at €2,863,000. And a commercial property on Aglantzia Avenue of 908 sq.m is on sale for €2,500,000.
Apart from investment properties, there are also expensive residential properties on sale One is in Agios Athanasios area of Limassol with a covered area of 1,120 sq.m. and with an adjacent land area estimated at about 1,812 sq.m, which is now sold at the price of €2,725,000. The super luxurious residence has a gym, a sauna, 5 bedrooms, a maid’s quarter, a swimming pool and a roof garden.
A two-storey detached house with a basement in the heart of Paphos, with an area of 220 sq. m, a basement of 48 sq. m, and adjacent land area of about 1,544 sq. m is now sold at the price of €900,000.
