An 11 year old pupil suffered minor injuries after a firecracker exploded at a Limassol school on Thursday.
According to philenews, the school’s principal heard the noise and went to check what was happening.
He found the pupil, who complained to him that he felt pain in his right ear.
A doctor who examined the pupil at Limassol General Hospital found that he suffered from minor hear loss and acute acoustic trauma.
Police are trying to locate the person who threw the firecracker.
