Wagamama has launched about 20 new dishes for the summer to include pork chops marinated in Korean barbecue sauce and small crabs lightly breaded with salt and shichimi served with a spicy chilli and coriander sauce. The new Surendra’s curry is also noteworthy served with chicken or perch fillet while the Firecracker prawns are cooked in a wok with a sweet and sour sauce. If you are a fan of a pad thai, try the Wagamama yasai pad thai with fried tofu. The sushi menu aslo includes new additions such as Gunkan Ikura, rice rolled in nori with wasabi, ikura, masago and tobiko, maki roll with smoked salmon, the Caterpillar, Spider Maki roll and much more. For dessert try the playful Mochi ice cream balls and the Sweet Coconut Onigiri, fried rice balls covered in dry coconut flakes.
