Pork souvlaki

Cut the pork into cubes and marinate in a little olive oil, pepper and oregano for about an hour. In a bowl mix the tomato with the onion, a little olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper.
Thread the pork on wooden skewers and barbecue for about 15 minutes. Serve garnished with a warm pitta, tzatziki and the tomato mixture.
Ingredients:

250g pork for souvlaki
1 tomato, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
Olive oil
Salt, pepper
Oregano
1 pitta bread (Greek or Cypriot)
