One of Nicosia’s best fish restaurants has welcomed the new season with new and very interesting additions to the menu and a new fresh look. Paragadi, has always been a favourite choice among fish and seafood lovers. The owners – it is a family business – have their own providers/fishermen who send them on a daily basis, fresh fish.
You can go there for lunch, served from 12.00-16.00 pm. Sea bass, sea bream and many more fresh fish are served with pulses, baby kolokasi or seasonal vegetables on the side. The prices are very reasonable and the service is quick, which is very good if you are going there for a business lunch.
During the night, there is another menu. This year there have been new additions such as the garlic prawns, the seafood past and the baby calamari. Of course, one should definitely try Paragadi’s famous fish soup.
For a lighter dinner, head to the bar. Enjoy a glass of wine or champagne with fresh oysters, clams etc.
Don’t leave Paragadi, before trying the sweets. The lava cake is delicious but if you want something more traditional, try their homemade spoon sweets.
