Change makers and movement lovers are invited to a consecutive three-part wellbeing workshop starting on March 3 and running until March 17.
What: Movement for Change
When: Friday, March 3 – Friday, March 17
Run by coach and Psychotherapist Anita Michaelidis, the Movement for Change programme is an innovative approach to traditional coaching strategies and incorporates spontaneous physical movement within the personal effectiveness coaching practice.
The group consists of no more than six persons and its format enables deep connection to all aspects of self: mental, physical, emotional and spiritual, leading to an understanding and overall confidence to move ahead with effective decision making to create the life you want to lead.
The two hour sessions will involve floor work, standing exercises, easy movement, working with a partner and sharing, and will conclude with self-expression through dance improvisation.
The three sessions will take place in Nicosia on March 3, March 10 and March 17 from 4.30pm until 6.30pm. The price for all three sessions is €60.
Anita will also be running one-off sessions on specific themes, the first of which will focus on letting go and is called ‘Get out of your head; let your body do the talking’. The session will take place on March 11 from 10am-12pm and costs €20.
