An impressive beachfront restaurant has opened within Grand Resort hotel in Limassol. Kohili, as its Greek name suggests (which translates to seashell), serves fresh fish and seafood using ingredients from the Mediterranean and Asian cuisine. Try the octopus carpaccio cooked in green tea served with cucumber and chilli salad, and for dessert, the pana cotta with mastic drizzled with orange and caramel sauce.

Open Monday to Saturday 7.30-12pm.
