What: Kids University – Journey into techno-world: Virtual
When: Monday, 26 June – Friday, 7 July

Kids University is a series of participatory workshops for curious and charismatic children between the ages of 6 – 12 years old, which aims to promote the knowledge and experience that helps to create strong personalities and creative, critical thinkers.

Every winter, spring and summer, educators and professionals from the fields of the arts and sciences, create a specially designed programme where children have the opportunity to develop both of their brain hemispheres: the creative hemisphere and the logical hemisphere, encouraging creative expression, improving scientific knowledge and strengthening self-confidence. The citizens of tomorrow with these characteristics can communicate, coexist harmoniously and can create a world that takes the humankind one step further.

The event has been running at ARTos Foundation since 2005 with great success. For the 2017 trilogy, Kids University has partnered up with the Creative Europe Programme ARTECITYA 2014 – 2018, for a series of interdisciplinary children workshops.

Taking place on weekdays from 8.30am-2.30pm between June 26 and July 7, the workshop costs €240 (€180 for siblings). The children can be at ARTos from 7.30am to engage in creative activities with the instructors. For registrations and further information call 99611159 or 22445455.
