Police in Kiti, Larnaca, are investigating a robbery at Pervolia where burglars broke into a house and made off with watches, jewellery and electrical goods.
According to police, a 31-year-old Pervolia resident reported to the Kiti police station at 18:15 on Wednesday that his house had been broken into sometime between 07:15 and 18:15 on Wednesday taking with them various items and family heirlooms.

According to the 31-year-old, the burglars made off with a laptop computer, an i-pad, two watches and electronic clock, two mobile telephones, an external hard drive, a Swiss watch, jewellery, a leather-bound 1896 world atlas and €250 in cash.
Police investigating the scene determined that the burglar had entered the house through an unlocked door at the back of the house.
