The dinner menu managed to put D.O.T.on the culinary map of Nicosia. Now doors will also be open from 12 noon until 15:30,Monday through Friday. Creative Mediterranean cuisine has been a D.O.T. trademark for a year, and now you can finally enjoy it for lunch. You can start with a salad, like the one with lentils, feta cheese, tomato, fresh onion, parsley, red pepper, and lemon with olive oil dressing.Then get ready for your first dish. Fava is amazing, with fresh thyme and orange sauce; same goes for the fennel pie with homemade phyllo dough and feta cheese mousse. Of course, there is always soup of the day and if you are very hungry, you can have one of their famous burgers. For pasta dish lovers, your choices include black tagliatelle with zucchini, cherry tomatoes and spicy tomato sauce, or whole wheat gnocchi with fresh tomato and basil. Moving on to meat and fish choices, it is worth trying the stuffed tenderloin with dried apricots, topped with forest fruit and Samos sweet wine, and wild rice on the side. The chicken in a dried cilantro and orange marinade with mush potatoes is another choice, or the sea bream fillet with wild greens and saffron, and many more.
