Cyprus-Russia Gala – countdown to the big event

One of the most important cultural events in Cyprus related to Russia outside its borders – the 11th Cyprus-Russia Gala – will be held on 15 October 2017 at the Presidential Palace.

Under the auspices of the First Lady of the Republic of Cyprus, Andri Anastasiades, the Gala is in final preparations, with Olga Balakleets, CEO of Ensemble Productions and the team of co-organizer PR Partners working tirelessly towards its realisation.

The event, which brings together artistic, political and business personalities from both countries, is the initiative of Ensemble Productions Ltd, which is proud to work for the 11th year on this cultural experience – a unique opportunity to promote Russian spirit and Cypriot hospitality.

This event will be held in the most prestigious building of the country, the Presidential Palace, and is dedicated to promoting cultural, political and business relations between Cyprus and Russia.

Popular artists from Russia and Greece will join their voices and talents in a unique show to contribute to the Cyprus-Russia Gala 2017 programme.

The participating artists in the 2017 event are: Liudmila Konovalova, a Prima Ballerina of the Vienna State Ballet; Valeriya, People’s Artist of Russia and one of the most popular Russian singers today; the Moscow Danilov Monastery Choir, one of the world’s most renowned choirs performing spiritual music from around the world and Kostis Maraveyas, an acclaimed Greek singer and songwriter with his band.

As in previous years, the total ticket net proceeds will benefit the leading Cypriot charity Radiomarathon Foundation, which supports children with special needs and their families.
