Cyprus plans new 7-year bond

 

Cyprus said on Monday it had appointed Citi, Goldman Sachs and HSBC as lead managers for a seven year euro denominated bond, taken out through its euro medium term notes (EMTN) programme.

It said pricing of the new notes was expected to occur on June 20, and settlement of the offering on June 27.

The notes would be listed on the London Stock Exchange, it said. (Reuters)
