Climate change must be tackled seriously

In 2007, Colombian-born artist, Doris Salcedo, shared a somewhat ambitious and thought-provoking installation in London’s Tate Modern’s Turbine Hall, where gallery-goers were invited to walk into an unusually empty and faceless interior of the former Bankside Power Station, and presented with a ragged, subterranean fissure that appeared to rip open the concrete floor, extending itself from one side of the room to the other.
