Burgers with feta cheese and mint

Rub the onion against the grater and grate thickly. Wet the bread in water and then drain. Put the onion and bread in a bowl with mince, add olive oil, mint, egg, salt and pepper and work together by hand until well blended.

Form the mixture into small burgers and place carefully one piece of feta in the middle of each burger. Cook in a medium oven (180°C) for about 40 minutes, turning over once halfway through.

Ingredients:

½ beef mince
1 medium onion
3 bread slices
2 cups olive oil
1 egg
1 tbsp of mint, finely chopped
200g feta
Salt and pepper
