The British High Commission in Cyprus has appealed to the public to help in locating 69-year-old British national Waleryk George (Jack) Jackow reported missing since Monday, 8 August.

Jackow was last seen at 7.30am on August 8 at the Ayia Napa hotel he was staying at. Jackow is 1.7m tall, thin, balding and has brown eyes. He was last seen wearing dark blue jeans, a blue t-shirt and blue shoes.

A confirmed sighting in the last few days suggests Jackow may have travelled to the Protaras area, or further afield. Jackow suffers from Alzheimer’s disease.

Any person with any information regarding Jackow’s whereabouts are asked to contact the British High Commission, the police or call 112
