A 42-year-old man Limassol man was arrested after posing as a specialist dermatologist and offering a number of treatments such as botox therapy.
Acting on a tip-off, and after placing the suspect under surveillance, a female police officer, posing as a client, made an appointment for botox therapy.
Just prior to administering the therapy, the officer revealed her identity and the man was arrested.

The 42-year-old was taken in for questioning while a large number of items were taken as evidence including medical equipment, documents and medicinal supplies the latter will be sent to the State Laboratory for further testing.
The suspect is not registered with the Cyprus Medical Council while it seems that he does not have any medical degree attributing specialism in dermatology.
The suspect has been detained and will appear before the Limassol District Court on Wednesday for a remand hearing.
The investigation is continuing with the cooperation of the Cyprus Medical Council.
